4-48 | Model 933S UV Analyzer
‘**’ following the parameter names below indicates the parameter
should only be modified by a trained technician.
Absorbance Offset
The absorbance offset factor for each filter location.
Custom UV Result Factors
Custom Result is the weighted sum of the first four species. A multipli-
cation factor is applied to each concentration before it is summed with
the next concentration.
For Example: Custom Result = Sum of the sulfur species
1 * H
2
S + 1 * COS + 1 * MeSH
UV Species 3 Correction Factors
to Species 1
Effects of Species 3 on Species 1 are mathematically negated. For a
standard Model 933S Analyzer, Species 3 is MeSH and Species 1 is
H
2
S. Species 2 is COS.
to Species 2
Effects of Species 3 on Species 2 are mathematically negated. For a
standard Model 933S Analyzer, Species 3 is MeSH and Species 1 is
H
2
S. Species 2 is COS.
