6. Open the access door to the 7300/7500/7500
Fast system.
a. Insert a thin screwdriver into the keyhole on
the edge of the
access door
, then push to
unlatch the door.
b. Open the
access door
.
7. Move the heated cover door to the back of the
instrument.
8. Clean the contaminated wells of the sample
block using a small volume of deionized water:
a. Pipette a small volume of deionized water
into each contaminated well.
b. Pipette the water up and down several times
to rinse the well.
c. Pipette the water to a waste beaker.
d. Using a cotton swab, scrub inside of each
contaminated well.
e. Using a lint-free cloth, absorb the excess
deionized water.
