Dispensing Batches
The following table summarizes actions you can take
in the Choose Sort for Batch window.
Table 7-3 Choose Sort Options
When all sorting options have been set, select OK.
To… Do this…
Add sort fields Highlight the sort field you want in the Field
Name column.
Select Add.
Insert a new field
above a selected sort
field
Highlight the field to be inserted.
Select Insert. (Refer to page 73.)
Change the sorting
direction of selected
fields
In the right-hand portion of the sort screen,
highlight the field to be changed.
Select Desc/Asc to change the sorting
direction.
Undo the last action
Select Undo.
Cancel the sort
Select Cancel Sort.
Select a sort group
Select Select Group.
Choose a sort group to use from among
those listed.
Clear the sort display
Select Clear All.
Cancel the batch
Select Cancel Batch.
