7 Performing Advanced Operations
This section shows how to perform advanced operations.
7.1 Answering Waiting Calls
You can accept a call on an extension on which there already is an active call.
Ø To answer a waiting call:
a. A call with Mike Dubb is in progress
b. A call comes in from Tomer Keshet
= call waiting
Ø To answer Tomer:
1. Press the Accept softkey; the waiting call from Tomer Keshet is answered; the previous call
from Mike Dubb is put on hold:
2. To toggle between calls, press the navigation control's upper or lower rim.
