Adjusting Plug-Ins Using Channel Control
To adjust plug-ins in Channel Control using the Inserts Knob Set:
1 Select a track and make sure it is attentioned.
2 Press the Channel Control Encoder under the display showing Inserts. The Channel Control displays show the plug-ins that are
inserted on the attentioned track. If no plug-in is inserted in that slot, the Inserts slot letter is shown.
3 Press the Channel Encoder under the display showing the plug-in you want to access. The parameters for that plug-in are spilled
across the entire top row of 16 Channel Control Encoders.
4 Do any of the following to adjust parameters:
• Rotate the Channel Control Encoder below the desired parameter to adjust its value.
• Press the Channel Control Encoder
In switch to toggle the corresponding parameter on/off, where applicable.
• Press the Channel Control Encoder
Sel switch to toggle a secondary parameter on the Channel Encoder, where applicable.
• Press the
In Channel Control Navigation switch to bypass the entire plug-in.
5 Press the lit < Page > Channel Control Encoder Navigation switches to access more parameters.
6 Press the Back Channel Control Encoder Navigation switch to exit that plug-in and return to the previous menu, or press
SHIFT + Back/Top to return to the top-level Channel Control Knob Set.
To adjust an EQ plug-in using the Channel Control EQ Knob Set:
1 Press the Channel Control Encoder under the display showing EQ. The parameters for the first EQ plug-in are spilled across the
entire top row of 16 Channel Control Encoders.
2 Press the lit < Page > Channel Control Encoder Navigation switches to access more parameters.
3 Press the Back Channel Control Encoder Navigation switch to exit that plug-in and return to the previous menu, or press
SHIFT + Back/Top to return to the top-level Channel Control Knob Set.
To adjust a dynamics plug-in using the Channel Control Dyn Knob Set:
1 Press the Channel Control Encoder under the display showing Dyn. The parameters for the first dynamics plug-in are spilled
across the entire top row of 16 Channel Control Encoders.
2 Press the lit < Page > Channel Control Encoder Navigation switches to access more parameters.
3 Press the Back Channel Control Encoder Navigation switch to exit that plug-in and return to the previous menu, or press
SHIFT + Back/Top to return to the top-level Channel Control Knob Set.
To bypass all plug-ins on a track:
1 Select a track.
2 Press the Channel Control Encoder under the display showing Inserts.
3 Press the In Channel Control Navigation switch so it is unlit to bypass all the plug-ins for the selected track.
If the top-level Channel Control Knob Set is not shown, press the Back Channel Control Navigation switch until it is shown.
