5. Is it possible to focus the center of the projected image using the motorized focus control (Local Keypad) ? Ensure that the lens
is zoomed for maximum image on the screen (WIDE).
If yes, nominal position is good for sharp focus in the m iddle of the projected image. Proceed wi
th step 6 .
If no, obtain the best pos sible focus in the center of the projected image using the m otorized focus control and then turn the
three Scheimpfl ug adjustment nuts, reference 1, 2 and 3 im age 10-19 , equally in or out until the center of the projected image
is sharp. Attention: K eep in mind the turning direction of the S cheimpflug adjustment nuts f
or further adjustment instructions in
this proc edure.

6. Zoom the lens for minimum image on the sc reen (TELE) and focus the center of the p rojected image using the m otorized focus
control (Local Keypad).

If yes, no further adjustmen t actions required. Proceed with step 8.
If no, obtain the best possible focus in the center of the projected image using the motorized focus control and then turn the three
Scheimpflug adjustment nuts, reference 1, 2 and 3 image 10-21, equally in or o ut until the center of the projected image is sharp.
Note: the same turning direction as in step 4 is applicable.
