Container store:
destination location
still empty after
transfer
The location should
contain a plate but it is
empty.
1. Select Reset Error [F5].
2. Select the Machine tab and
note the barcode of the plate
from the Transfer queue.
3. Select Tools [F7] >
Deregister container from
machine.
4. Using the virtual keyboard,
enter the barcode into
Container barcode and select
Search container.
5. Note the location of the plate
and open the ReadA
incubator.
6. Check for the plate in the
location, the gripper, or on the
floor. Remove the plate from
the module.
a. If the plate is unusable,
dispose of it properly.
b. If the plate is intact, place it
in a Destacker to be placed
back into the ReadA.
7. Select Remove container
from the Deregister
container from machine
dialogue to deregister the
plate.
8. Select Start [F2] to restart the
module.

Camera infeed:
possible sticky dish at
stopper door
Possibly a plate has
become stuck at the
stopper door.
1. Remove the plate from the
camera infeed stopper.
2. Add the plate to a Destacker to
be processed by the Track
again.
3. Select Reset Error [F5].
4. Select Start [F2] to restart the
module.
