If the Beam Voice Recorder indicates that the memory is full (every 6 seconds a red 3-tone flashing of the LED, every 2 minutes a 3-tone audible signal), assign the values to the respective patient in the HMS CS and then delete the memory of the ECG recorder.

What to do if single-use electrodes are not connected to Beam Voice Recorder?

      Misty HillAug 17, 2025
If the Beam Voice Recorder shows a 2-tone red flashing of the LED every 5 seconds, accompanied by a 3-tone audible signal every 5 minutes, it means the single-use electrodes in the Loop mode are not connected. To fix this: * Check that the cable plug is securely attached to the device port. * Ensure the adhesive electrodes are securely attached to the patient's chest. * Use only single-use electrodes from branded manufacturers. * Plug the single-use electrodes onto the cable first, then position them on the patient's chest. * Make sure the contact gel isn't squeezed out due to excessive pressure.

      Dawn WilliamsAug 26, 2025
If the Beam Voice Recorder displays a continuous red flashing of the LED every 2 minutes accompanied by a three-tone audible signal, it indicates a Priority 1 Fatal Error.
