3. Product Description
3.1 Introduction
The Recorder Beam
®
is a multi-use 3-channel Loop/Event ECG Recorder for the
mobile use. It comes with 4 recording electrodes on the back of the device for the
Event recording and an optional pluggable electrode cable with standard single-
use electrode holder for the Loop/Event-recording.
The System ECG Loop-/Event Recorder Beam
®
consists of two main components:
■ the Beam
®
basis set with pluggable electrode cable and further accessories
■ the Hypertension-Management-Software Client Server (HMS CS) for the
preparation of the device and the analysis of the recording results by the
physician.
The ECG Loop-/Event Recorder is prepared and read by the analysis unit HMS CS.
Using the HMS CS, saved recordings can be transferred to a PC and be displayed
on the monitor in different forms as graphics and can be printed. Telemetrically sent
data can be queried by the HMS CS.
3.2 Unpacking
All parts included in the scope of the delivery were packed appropriately and tested
on completeness and functionality before shipment. Should the item be incomplete
or damaged please inform the vendor immediately.
