4.13.9 GDT Settings
GDT (Device data transfer) is a data exchange format, which is used in the German
healthcare system by the established medical doctors. The GDT interface serves
for the system independent data transfer between medical measuring devices and
a practice computer system.
The GDT settings are required for the automatic exchange of patient data between
your practice and the HMS CS. If the correct settings are made here the HMS CS
can start your practice software and load the patient data directly from it.
► In the taskbar click on Settings and then on GDT Settings.
The GDT settings window appears.
