6.6 Error tables of R-R Interval-Detection
Error code Description
1 Input signal not determinable
2 Length of ECG signal too short (below 15 seconds) or too
long (more than 10 minutes)
3 No R-peaks detected or heart rate not plausible
4 Signal quality not sufcient. Analysis in heart rate area not
possible
5 Poor signal quality. No reliable values. If signal is too poor:
No values
6 Standard deviation on all R-R intervals is too large
7 Too much time elapsed until start of ECG data that might
be useful for analysis in proportion of length of ECG signal.
Note: ECG-recording needs to be at least 5 seconds longer
than time until start of data that might be useful for analysis.
