Programming Telephone Numbers
This option will allow you to Change/Delete the Telephone Numbers (usually
programmed by the Installer).
To Change/Delete a Phone Number from an LCD Keypad, proceed as follows:
1. From the Main User Menu, using key

scroll the menu for the Program Tel. Num. op-
tion, then press

2. Using key

9, scroll the ‘Phonebook’ for
the required Telephone Number (only the ‘Voice’
Telephone Numbers assigned to the entered User
Code will be shown), then press

E to Change the selected Telephone
Number, or

e to Delete and step back to the Main User Menu.
3. If you press

E at step 2., the display will show
the the selected Telephone Number field.
To enter the New Telephone Number, use keys:

B to move the cursor

9 to enter the digits

o to enter ‘,’ (for 2 second pauses), ‘*’ and ‘#’.
4. Press

E to confirm the New Telephone Number, or the

e key to quit and,
in both cases, go back to step 2.
NOTE: This option is available only when:
a) The User Code, Keypad and Telephone Numbers are assigned to the
Partition in question.
b) The Telephone Numbers are programmed as ‘Voice’ Type.
This option is not available on LED Keypads.
