• the test pattern and PWS symbol remain displayed until:
• WXR is deselected using the WXR button on the Display Control
Panel or the WXR box on the ND drop-down menu
• a PWS alert occurs when the airplane is in flight or on takeoff roll
• WXR TEST is selected to OFF on the WEATHER RADAR 2/2 page
Note: When WXR TEST is selected ON, all other WXR modes (WX, WX+T,
and MAP, from WEATHER RADAR 1/2) are automatically set to OFF.
When the WXR TEST is selected back to OFF, the previously active WXR
mode will automatically be set to ON.
