Displayed (magenta) – airspeed range necessary for a windmilling in-flight start
at the current flight level or maximum flight level (whichever is less) when the
respective engine fire switch is in and:
• the FUEL CONTROL switch is in CUTOFF, or
• the engine N2 RPM is below idle
