Ground Deviation Indications – Low Visibility Takeoff

Displays (ILS/GLS) flight director guidance cue directed course line position
relative to the airplane position. Objective is to keep guidance cue circle inside of
ground reference circle.
Displays airplane position relative to the flight director guidance cue directed
(ILS/GLS) course line. Objective is to keep guidance cue circle inside of ground
reference cue circle.
Indicates excessive deviation (more than 23 feet/seven meters) from localizer
course line during takeoff roll. Flashing triangle points in direction of runway
centerline.
