Remote ID: Identification number for one specific service contractor. The Remote ID is
generated and provided by the Remote Portal. To newly enter or change the Remote ID
please see Remote Services, page 87.
System ID: identifies one FPA-5000/FPA-1200 system representing one FSP-5000-RPS
configuration. It is assigned to the panel by the Remote Portal server.
Status of Remote services: Shows if a remote connection to the Remote Portal server is
configured. (Enabled/Disabled).
Connection state: Only available at the panel which is configured as gateway panel.
Shows if the connection to the Remote Portal server is active (OK/Waiting for feedback/
Connection failed).
State of Condition Monitoring / State of Remote Alert: shows if the respective feature
was activated in the programming software FSP-5000-RPS.
RM/RA: State of last transfer: State of the last transfer of data from LSN devices
connected to the fire panel to the Remote Portal server (OK/Failed/Authentication
failed)
RM/RA: Date of last transfer: Date and time of the last data transfer from an LSN device
connected to the fire panel to the Remote Portal.
For private secure network:
Server IP address: IP address of the server collecting and receiving data
Server port: Port number of the server collecting and receiving data.
If a Remote ID is set in the panel, it automatically tries to connect to the Remote Portal. For a
manual connection attempt select Connect to server.
14.8 Voice alarm systems
Two different kinds of voice alarm systems can be connected to the FPA-5000/FPA-1200:
Voice alarm system via relay (Plena)
Voice alarm system (VAS) over IP
The diagnostic information displayed depends on the voice alarm system configured for the
FPA-5000/FPA-1200.
To display a list of all connected voice alarm systems that are used for voice evacuation:
1. In the start menu, select Diagnostics
2. VAS
A list of the available voice alarm systems is displayed.
To display information on an available Plena voice alarm system:
Touch one of the systems displayed in order to select it. The following information is
displayed:
Trouble (yes/no)
Emergency (yes/no)
Failure (yes/no)
Internal monitoring (yes/no)
Supervision time (sec).
Boot-up phase is finished (yes/no)
Failure at controller (yes/no)
Failure at router (yes/no)
To display information on an available VAS over IP:
Touch the voice alarm system displayed in order to select it. The following information is
displayed:
Connection status: Shows whether an IP connection to the VAS over IP exists.
Status of VAS over IP: In case of trouble please check the VAS over IP.
