Changing the conveyor chain AS 2/C-100, …-250, AS 2/R-300, …-700, MA = R/L (2/2)
9. Hold the end of the
chain vertically and
insert the sliding piece
into the return head.
10. Drag the chain in the
top guide profi le to the
drive head.
11. Place the chain on the
drive wheel.
12. Rotate the drive wheels
in the conveying
direction until the
chain appears on the
chain tensioner.
13. Install the drive and
return head covers.
14. Use the disassembly
tool to remove so many
excessive chain links that
you can close the chain
as closely as possible to
the tensioning wheel.
15. Lubricate the new
chain lock

– For accumulation roller
chain: 3 842 530 417
16. Loosen the mount of the
chain tensioner.
Check the tension of
the chain.
17. Mount the outer halves
of the protective case.
18. Install the gear motor.
