Please note:
Perform the steps on both
sides in parallel.
Disassembling the chain:
1. Remove the gear motor.
2. Disassemble the outer
protective case halves.
3. Fix the chain tensioner.
4. Open the chain with the
disassembly tool

– For fl at top chain:

– For accumulation roller
chain: 3 842 010 511
5. Remove the drive and
return head covers.
6. Pull the used chain
down from the AS 2/….
7. Remove the sliding piece
from the return head.
Assembling the chain:
