Changing the connection belt rollers / connection toothed belt:
Please note:
Perform the steps on both
sides in parallel.
1. Remove the gear motor.
2. Remove the side
cover plates.
3. Remove the toothed
belt.
Check the connection
belt roller for wear and
replace if necessary:
Remove the connection
belt roller from the
axis; place the starting
disk on the axis
fi rst, then the new
connection belt roller.
4. Place the new toothed
belt around the toothed
belt wheel.
5. Rotate the drive
wheels in the
conveying direction,
simultaneously place
the toothed belt around
the pinion of the
connection belt roller.
6. Mount the side
cover plates.
7. Install the gear motor.
