Replacing the gear motor, motor mounting (MA) = M
Please note:
The gear motor can only
be exchanged completely.
A separation of motor and
gear is not permitted!
1. Remove the side
cover plates.
2. Remove the locking
rings from the
hexagonal shaft.
3. Slide the hexagonal
shaft out of the drive.
Store the protective
tube for reuse.
4. Remove the fl ange from
the gear motor.
5. Mount the fl ange at the
new gear motor.
6. Assemble the gear
motor and tighten the
screws by hand.
7. Push the hexagonal
shaft into the drive.
While doing so, insert
the protective pipe.
Secure the hexagonal
shaft with locking rings.
8. If the gear motor
is centered by the
hexagonal shaft,
tighten the screws.
