Changing the conveyor chain AS 2/C-…, AS 2/R-…, AS 2/R-V-… , MA = R/L (3/3)
12. Drag the chain in the
top guide profi le to the
drive head.
13. Place the chain on the
drive wheel.
14. Rotate the drive wheels
in the conveying
direction until the
chain appears on the
chain tensioner.
15. Use the disassembly
tool to remove so many
excessive chain links
that you can close the
chain as closely as
possible to the chain
tensioner.
16. Lubricate the
new chain lock

and close the chain.

17. Loosen the mount of
the chain tensioner.
Check the tension
of the chain.
18. Install the lower cover
sheets and the side
cover plates.
19. Install the gear motor.
