Changing the conveyor chain AS 2/C-100, AS 2/R-300, MA = M (3/3)
12. Drag the chain in the
top guide profi le to the
drive head.
13. Hold the drive train over
the drive heads.
14. Guide the chain over the
drive wheels through the
drive head down to the
chain tensioner.
15. Insert the drive train
into the drive heads.
16. Lift the chain slightly and
insert the sliding piece
into the drive head.
17. Install the drive and
return head covers.
18. Use the disassembly
tool to remove so many
excessive chain links
that you can close
the chain as closely
as possible to the
tensioning wheel.
19. Lubricate the
new chain lock

and close the chain.

20. Loosen the mount of the
chain tensioner.
Check the tension of
the chain.
21. Mount the outer halves
of the protective case.
