Operating Procedure
1) – From CONTROL environment perform the “LEARN” function – Length of
Absorbed Yarn (LFA).
2) – At the end of the Learn phase the system switches to CONTROL mode and,
for every Proximity pulse it will compare the previously “Learnt” value with
the “currently detected” value.
1) – If the difference between the “Learnt” LFA value and the “detected” LFA
value exceeds the tolerance, the machine will be stopped

Operating Procedures in case of Immediate Stop mode
1) – From CONTROL environment perform the “LEARN” function – Length of
Absorbed Yarn (LFA).
2) – At the end of the Learn phase the system switches to CONTROL mode and,
upon each PRX pulse it will compare the previouslyLearnt” value with the
“currently detected” value.
Through an external disabling signal (STC) it is possible to temporarily interrupt
the control during particularly critical zones of the working process
(Eg: heel and tip of the sock).
3) – If the difference between the “Learnt” LFA value and the “detected” LFA
value exceeds the tolerance, the machine will be stopped.
