9.6.7 Removing the Horizontal Registration Motor
1) Remove the duplex unit from the ma-
chine.
2) Remove the horizontal registration unit.
3) Disconnect the connector [1], and free
the harness [2] from the harness guide
[3].
4) Remove the two mounting screws [4],
and detach the horizontal registration
motor [5].

1) Slide the duplex unit out the machine.
2) Remove the two mounting screws [1],
and detach the cover [2].

and detach the sensor together with its
base [4].
