X Printing The DIRECTORY DIAL List
You can print a list of the recipients registered for directory dialing. You may want to keep the list
near your machine to refer to it when dialing.
Follow this procedure:
1 Press [Additional Functions], and then press [Set].
2 Use [W] or [X] to select <3.REPORTS/LISTS>.
3 Press [Set].
4 Use [W] or [X] to select <2.DIRECTORY DIAL>.
5 Press [Set].
6 Use [W] or [X] to select whether to print the list with the destination names
in alphabetical order.
–<YES> [W]: Prints the list with the destination names in alphabetical order.
–<NO> [X]: Prints the list with the numerical order (01 - 40) in the directory.
The DIRECTORY DIAL list is printed.
