X ACTIVITY REPORT
The machine is factory-set to print an ACTIVITY REPORT after every 20 transactions. You can
also disable automatic printing of this report.

Printing The ACTIVITY REPORT
Follow this procedure:
X USER’S DATA LIST
The USER’S DATA LIST enables you to confirm the current settings of your machine as well as
the registered sender information. (See page 84)
Printing The USER’S DATA LIST
Follow this procedure:
1 Press [Additional Functions], and then press [Set].
2 Use [W] or [X] to select <3.REPORTS/LISTS>.
3 Press [Set] twice.
The ACTIVITY REPORT is printed.
1 Press [Additional Functions], and then press [Set].
2 Use [W] or [X] to select <3.REPORTS/LISTS>.
3 Press [Set].
4 Use [W] or [X] to select <3.USER DATA LIST>.
5 Press [Set].
The USER’S DATA LIST is printed.
