3.8 Draining the cooling system
1. Turn off the water flow,
see section 6.8 Turning off cooling water.
2. Remove the cylinder electrode [a] from the C-Tong,
see section 4.5.2 Changing the C-Tong electrodes.
3. Place a bucket under the C-Tong to collect the cooling liquid.
4. Turn on the water flow,
see section 6.8 Turning off cooling water.
5. Turn off the water flow as soon as it starts to pump air.
IMPORTANT! Before starting the welder again, fit the electrode cap and
fill upp with cooling liquid, see section 3.7 Filling of cooling liquid.
WARNING! The tools or electrodes may be hot. Risk for burning injuries.
