4. To clean the electrode caps from impurities,
use Scotch-Brite hand pads.
The ”Caps Service” message below is shown on the Control panel
display when cleaning or changing electrode caps is necessary.
IMPORTANT! The shape of the caps is essential and the electrode caps
must be changed regularly to maintain good welding results! The radius of a
new cap is R15.
WARNING! The tools or electrodes may be hot. Risk for burning injuries.
