1.Closethedrainvalves,andllthecoolingsystem.
2.IftheDEFtankwasdrainedforlongtermstorage(90
daysormore),rellthetankwithfreshuid.
3.Drainthefuelreservoirandtopupwithsuitablefuel.
4.Draintheenginesump,llwithcleanengineoil,and
checktheoillevel.
5.Replacethelteringelementofthefuellters.
6.Installthebatteries.
7.Greasethemachinethoroughly.
8.Checktheconditionoftheengineaccessorydrivebelt,
andreplacethebelt,ifnecessary.
9.Checktheconditionoftheairconditioningdrivebelt
andreplacebelt,ifnecessary.
10.Checkthehydraulicuidlevel,andaddmoreuid,if
necessary.
11.Cleanthecylinderrods.
12.Unplugtheairlterinletandtheexhaustpipe.
13.RemovetheDONOTOPERATEtag,andstartthe
enginefollowingthestartingupprocedure.Keepnon-
authorizedpersonnelclearofthemachine.
14.Keepacarefulwatchonallsystemsdisplaypanel
lampsandindicators.
