Replacethedrivebeltwhenthehourmeterregisters1500hours.Checkthebeltvisuallyeachdayatthedailywalk
aroundforcorrecttension,wear,anddamage.Wrongbelttensionmaycausebatterychargefailure,engineover-
heating,ordrivebeltwear.
Prioroperation:
Keepallunauthorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonlevelground,inneutralwiththeparking
brakeapplied,andtheattachmentloweredtotheground.Makesurethatallresidualpressureisrelievedfromcircuits
beforebeginningmaintenance.

Replacingthedrivebelt
1.TurnthemasterdisconnectOFF.
2.Locatethedrivebelt.
