Whenturningtheignitionkeyon,thepark
brakewilldefaulttotheONposition.The
parkbrakeallowsanoperatortolockand
unlockgrounddrivecontrol.
Engagingtheparkbrake
Placethemachineinneutralandstopthemachine.En-
gagetheparkbrakebypushingdownonthetopofthe
switch.Theparkbrakewillautomaticallyengagewhen
themachineisshutoff.
NOTICE:Afailureintheoperatingprocedureorafail-
ureintheelectricalorhydraulicfunctioncanresultinan
abruptengagementoftheparkbrake.Alwayswearyour
seatbelt.
Releasingtheparkbrake
Movethejoysticktoneutral,andpresstheparkbrake
button.
