6.3.3 Maximum number of pieces to return
We can define by each bills and coins denomination the following parameters:
• Maximum number of pieces to return on changes and payments.
• Maximum number of pieces to return when cancel an operation. This parameter only
acts in collection of sales.
To configure these parameters, access to section of menu “Configuration-Coins”. There we
can find these two parameters in the two last columns of recyclers configuration.
By default, CashDro3 has configured these values to 10 for coins and 100 for bills.
If in any denomination we configure the value zero, this denomination will never be
dispensed. Therefore, this value is useful for cases where we want to accept a denomination
but never use it to dispense. For example, in business that work with prices always rounded
to 5 or 0, they don’t want to work with coin of 2 cents but if a client pays with 2 cents coins,
they want that CashDro3 accept them.
