15.2 Maintenance of coins validator
It is necessary to carry out maintenance for this device every two months or more often
depending on the amount of coins and the dust present in the working environment.
The common signs of lack of maintenance are validator blocks during the operation and
excessive rejection of coins.
The maintenance of this device must be done by the Certified CashDro Technician. Contact
your usual supplier.
15.3 Maintenance of coins dispenser
Before starting the maintenance of the coins dispenser it is necessary to empty the
dispenser. For this access to the menu section Operations-Transfer to stacker and to
transfer to the stacker all the coins existing in the dispenser.
Once the transfer of all existing coins to the stacker leaving the dispenser totally empty, we
can take out the dispenser and carry out the maintenance.
