The following example shows how to add a network area 0.0.0.10 in OSPFv3 instance 201:
switch# config t
switch(config)# interface ethernet 1/2
switch(config-if)# ipv6 address 2001:0DB8::1/48
switch(config-if)# ipv6 ospfv3 201 area 0.0.0.10
switch(config-if)# copy running-config startup-config

Suppresses routing updates on the interface.
ospfv3 priority 
number
Example:
switch(config-if)# ospfv3 priority 25
Configures the OSPFv3 priority, used to determine 
the DR for an area. The range is from 0 to 255. The 
default is 1. See the “Designated Routers” section 
on page 7-4.
ospfv3 shutdown
Example:
switch(config-if)# ospfv3 shutdown
Shuts down the OSPFv3 instance on this interface.
