5） The remote controller does not operate
--The batteries of the remote controller are not inserted or exhausted
Check whether the batteries are inserted correctly in your remote controller.
Check and replace the batteries of the remote controller
6） Poor picture quality / Less channels in scanning
-- Signal loss cable
Change the antenna power in antenna menu
7) Screen shows “ LNB Short” or STB constant reboot
-- LNB Short circuit
Check all the facilities installation by below steps :
a) Unplug the LNB Cable, if no warning on the screen, the short circuit is from the external
environment and external factors .
b) Please reboot the STB to check if warning still existing. if not showing , we can eliminate the
STB system crash situation .
c) If there is not the STB problem, please check the cable which connected the STB TUNER part,
and check whether the connection head appearance the short circuit situation.
d) It had better to check all the facilities in turns on the cable (such as: DISEqC switch,multi
switch ,LNB) if they have short circuit problem or not .
