Troubleshooting
4. Repeat the procedure for the second media guide.
If necessary, you can purge all queued print jobs in the imager.
1. Press the key.
The Main Menu displays.
2. Select the following menu options:
Utilities
Purge Print Jobs
You are prompted to confirm the purge operation.
3. To continue with the purge, press the key.
All print jobs are purged, and the Utilities menu is displayed
again.
CAUTION
Make sure you do not over-rotate the media guide, as shown below.

Use care when running the Purge Print Jobs function. This function will
purge other users’ print jobs as well as yours.
