This parameter sets the timebase for the ENCODER Task.
0=5ms
1 = 2.5ms
Set to 1 to save the PLC parameter registers (.PX% and -QX%) into the
non volatile memory of the MD29. The parameter value automatically
returns to 0.

When set to 1, and the DPL Toolkit communications are disabled, Drive
to Drive RS232 communications are enabled.
