2.4 Battery Cabinet Internal Components
The 279.55 kWh battery cabinet contains six (6) battery packs, one (1) high voltage (HV) control box, a battery management
system (BMS), a battery thermal management system (BTMS), and a fire protection system. The BMS manages the collection
of data and information for the battery cells, the battery modules and cabinet, as well as communication with other equipment.
The thermal management system is responsible for the cooling and heating of the battery cabinet. The fire protection system
is responsible for fire detection and fire prevention for the battery cabinet.
