4.2 Pre-Installation Inspection
Ensure the site’s environmental conditions (including temperature range, humidity, altitude, etc.) are within the equipment
specifications.
Ensure that the grid voltage is within the specified voltage range.
Ensure the required permitting has been granted by the local utility service provider before beginning installation.
Installation of the ESS must be performed by qualified personnel ONLY.
Ensure the system has sufficient air ventilation space.
Keep away from flammable and explosive substances.
Keep away from sources of electromagnetic interference.
4.3 Installation Site Selection
When selecting the installation site:
Consider the ambient geological conditions, including stress wave propagation, groundwater level, and other
environmental factors.
The installation environment must be dry and cool, well-ventilated, and away from flammable and explosive substances.
The relative soil compactness at the installation site must be 98%. If the soil is loose, be sure to take measures to ensure
a firm foundation.
