INSPECTIONS / ADJUSTMENTS
COOLANT LEVEL INSPECTION
● Erect the main stand prior to beginning work.
● Check the coolant level of the reserve tank.
● The level should be between the “UPPER” and
“LOWER” level lines.
● Fill the coolant with the reserve tank up to the
“F” (upper level).
•Unless the coolant is refilled or replaced, the engine
temperature too high or low.
•Fill to the “F”(UPPER LEVEL) line.
● Start the engine. Bleed air from the coolant and check
the level of coolant.
● Install the radiator cap.
● Fill the coolant with the reserve tank up to the upper
level.
COOLANT REPLACEMENT
● Remove the drain bolt and drain the coolant. (Tilt the
vehicle to the right in order to assure complete and
rapid draining.)
● Remove the radiator cap.
● Install the drain bolt.
● Fill the radiator with new coolant.
