LUBRICATION SYSTEM
OIL PUMP INSPECTION
●Assemble the inner and outer rotors to the oil pump
body.
●Measure the pump body clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT : 0.25mm
TOOL : FEELER GAUGE
●Measure the rotor tip clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT : 0.20mm
●Measure the pump side clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT : 0.12mm
OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY
●Clean all parts with fresh cleaning oil.
●Install the inner and outer rotors to the pump body.
●Assemble the pump shaft with dowel pin.
