COOLING SYSTEM TEST
● Install the redicator cap onto the radiator tester.
● Press it with specified pressure and it must keep the
pressure for at least six seconds.
RADIATOR
INSPECTION
● Remove the front cover.
● Remove the under cover A.

REMOVAL
● Drain the coolant.
● Disconnect the air vent tube from the radiator filler.
● Remove the overflow tube clamp and disconnect the
overflow tube.
● Inspect the radiator soldered joints and seams for leaks.
● Blow dirt out from between core fins with compressed
air.
·Apply water to the cap sealing surface before the
test.
