Camera Highlights
The Spyder3 SG-34 GigE Vision (GEV) are high sensitivity, bilinear scan color cameras. When operating
in high sensitivity (bilinear) mode, the Spyder3 GEV camera has 3x the responsivity of Teledyne
DALSA’s Spyd er2 line scan cam era. Plus, the GigE Vision interface eliminates the need for a frame
grabber, resulting in significant system cost savings.
The Spyd er3 cam eras are supported by Teled yne DALSA Sapera™ softw are libraries featu ring
CamExpert for simplified camera set-up and configuration.

Description and Applications
The Spyder3 GigE Vision (GEV) Color camera is DALSA’s latest GigE Vision camera. The GigE Vision
interface eliminates the need for a frame grabber, resulting in significant system cost savings.
The Spyder3 GEV Color is also DALSA’s first du al line scan color camera. The Spyder3 GEV Color
camera is ideal for:
Cotton and textile inspection
Food, drug, and tobacco inspection
Wood, tile, and steel inspection
Postal sorting
Recycling sorting
100% print inspection (lottery tickets, stamps, bank notes, paychecks)
