4.1.3 Maintenance hints for the propeller
According to your boat’s equipment, your yacht is either equipped with a fixed propeller or a
GORI foldable propeller. The cinc ring/magnesium ring (cathodic protection galvanic anode)
should be replaced once a year.
LOOK OUT
In freshwater areas the cinc ring (4) needs to be replaced
by a magnesium ring.
Maintenance hints
During winter storage the propeller should be checked and
eventually cleaned of vegetation. Deformations, dents or
nicks should be repaired. After that, the propeller should
probably be balanced again.
4.1.4 Engine maintenance intervals

4.1.5 Fuel tank
A 110 l stainless steel diesel tank is installed under the starboard side cabin. It gets filed
through the deck screw on the main deck at the starboard front (Inscription FUEL and
Symbol).
Supply of and return to the on-board diesel engine occurs through a fixed copper pipe and at
the ends with fireproof fuel hoses pursuant to ISO 7840. Off-board ventilation goes from the
fuel tank to the starboard deck via a swan neck in the closet and is finally expelled through the
starboard deck side.
4.1.6 Fuel cycle
The suction hose goes from the suction pipe on the fuel tank, via a coarse filter/water
condenser to the fuel pipe and then on to the fine filter and the diesel pump, from the engine
return to the tank. A fast shut off valve is installed in the suction pipe. You get access to it
through the opening (11) in the space under the navigation table.
