14. Guarantee Card
Dear Customer,
We are convinced of the quality of our sailing boats and therefore are able to offer you a
special guarantee, in addition to the legal warranty.
Dehler Internatonal – represented by your seller – extends the legal warranty for all elements
of its own manufacturing from 6 months to 12 months.
In addition to that, we guarantee for a period of 5 years
The non-appearance of osmosis
With this extended guarantee, you have the right to a repair or replacement of faulty parts. For repairs you can
bring the boat to one of our service stations or to the manufacturer’s factory. In case of technical faults in on-
board parts that can be removed without too much effort (for example anchor entrance covers, bow swimming
ladders, etx...) you yourself can take out these parts and send them t a place indicated by your seller.
In case it would be necessary to get a third firm to carry out the repairs, after you reached an agreement with
your seller, you will get the costs reimbursed pursuant to the normal rates of the sector in Germany.
If our service personnel carries out the repairs, we will take charge of their travel costs.
All other claims are excluded, except when there exists a legal liability obligation.
Our extended guarantee even covers faults caused by an incorrect treatment or excessive use. These include
bleaching and cracks in the gel coat. Excluded from the guarantee are bubbles in the gel coat.
Above all, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that technical modifications as well as the use of
materials that are not indicated in our documentation, need our approval. Liability for unapproved modifications
or use does not apply.

This is a list of the firms whose guarantee and warranty conditions you’ll find in the
documentation. These firms are ready to help you through their extensive service network.
Nevertheless, if you have any problems, please contact your seller.
