Configure the Syslog facility, used for error messages sent to Syslog servers.
Syntax
logging facility [facility-type]
To return to the default values, enter no logging facility.

clear logging Clear logging buffer.
default logging console Returns the logging console parameters to the default setting.
show logging Display logging settings and system messages in the internal buffer.
facility-type
(OPTIONAL) Enter one of the following parameters.
• auth (authorization system)
• cron (Cron/at facility)
• deamon (system deamons)
• kern (kernel)
• local0 (local use)
• local1 (local use)
• local2 (local use)
• local3 (local use)
• local4 (local use)
• local5 (local use)
• local6 (local use)
• local7 (local use)
• lpr (line printer system)
• mail (mail system)
• news (USENET news)
• sys9 (system use)
• sys10 (system use)
• sys11 (system use)
• sys12 (system use)

The default is local7.
