12. (Optional) Determine whether to require a login and password to authenticate the user from
the remote cloud services CLI:
(config)> cloud drm cli_local_auth true

If set to false, no login prompt will be presented and the user will be logged in as admin. The
default is false.
13. (Optional) Configure the Connect EZ device to communicate with remote cloud servicesby
using SMS:
a. Enable SMS messaging:
(config)> cloud drm sms enable true
(config)>
b. Set the phone number for Digi Remote Manager:
(config)> cloud drm sms destination value
(config)>
where value is either:
n Within the US: 12029823370
n International: 447537431797
c. (Optional) Set the service identifier:
(config)> cloud drm sms sercice_id id
(config)>
14. (Optional) Configure the Connect EZ device to communicate with remote cloud servicesby
using an HTTP proxy server:
a. Enable the use of an HTTP proxy server:
(config)> cloud drm proxy enable true
(config)>
b. Set the hostname of the proxy server:
(config)> cloud drm proxy host hostname
(config)>
c. (Optional) Set the port number on the proxy server that the device should connect to. The
default is 2138.
(config)> cloud drm proxy port integer

15. Save the configuration and apply the change:
(config)> save
