Select the MODE menu.

Set the Paper Eject Direction to right
side (
) or left side ( ).
Select right side ejection when ejecting pa-
per to the stacker and left side ejection when
ejecting paper to the downstream unit.

What Is the Block Mode?
If paper feed bins have been divided into two or four blocks and the number of sheets required for colla-
tion has been loaded in each block, operations are sequentially carried out from block No. 1 to No. 2 or No. 4,
and returned to No. 1 again.
By constantly replenishing paper in blocks currently not operating, operations can be continued ecient-
ly without stopping.
In each block, stack the same number of sheets of paper required for the sets to be collated (paper type
and number of sets).
