Chapter 2 INTRODUCTION
Eaton 93PR UPS integrated with state-of-the-art electric and electronic technologies is an uninterruptible
power supply system capable of providing high-reliability power supply protection against the most critical load.
The system was meticulously created by Eaton’s global team based on full consideration of the features of
user loads, the environment of use, as well as the advanced technologies and abundant experience in power
supply system design that Eaton has accumulated over the past ve decades. It can fully meet the power
supply security necessary for data centers, nancial centers, enterprise computer rooms, industrial automation,
education systems, medical systems, large ofces and other application scenarios.
Eaton 93PR 15-80kVA UPS which is expandable within 15kVA and 320kVA is applicable to small, medium and
large data centers. It’s a custom power system solution characterized by industry-leading efciency, usability and
performance. It’s standardized, exible, expandable, highly adaptable, and available on demand.
Each UPS cabinet provides a static bypass for the centralized system.

NOTE
Startup and operational checks must be performed by an authorized Eaton Customer Service Engineer,
or the warranty terms specied in Chapter 9 become void. This service is offered as part of the sales
contract for the UPS. Contact service in advance (usually a two-week notice is required) to reserve a
preferred startup date.
