10 Maintenance
10.1 An Overview
HF-525 Plus requires maintenance of the X-ray system regularly and periodically to maintain the
performance and functionality of the X-ray system. Therefore, users of X-ray system should prepare X-ray
system maintenance plan and execute X-ray system maintenance regularly and periodically.
10.2 Maintenance Schedule
X-ray system maintenance should be carried out regularly and periodically according to the inspection items.
Check the external surface condition of X-ray
system (damaged, broken part)
Check the operating status of the console
display
Check cable status (pressed, twisted, broken)
Check the operation status of various switches
Check the operation of the generator (noise, X-
ray dose, etc.)
Check the Generator for performance and
operational status
Main wire check of working part of Ceiling,
Tube Stand, Wall Bucky stand
Radiation
Periodic
Inspection
Carry out periodic inspections according to
radiation safety management regulations
Referral to
the
appropriate
inspection

Inspection according to

Check whether the x-ray usage condition of the

10.3 Maintenance Engineer Qualifications
The service of this X-ray system should be carried out by a skilled engineer with technical training.
10.4 Periodic Maintenance Procedures

If the X-ray system malfunctions, contact a distributor or manufacturer for service.
■ Regular Check
Follow the X-ray system maintenance plan. Inspection should be carried out by a skilled engineer who
